I cannot access the Passing Zone. What should I do?
- Make sure you are connected to the Internet.
- Enter your user name (typically your email address) and your password in the yellow Log In box in the upper right side of the page.
- Make sure cookies are enabled in Internet Explorer. If you do not have cookies enabled, you will get a message with instructions on how to enable cookies.
What kind of problems does the Passing Zone offer?
Each week you are assigned homework from the required texts. Most Passing Zones also include up to five Problems of the Week with solutions. The Problems of the Week provide additional practice for your exam, and have been created exclusively for Passing Zones. During the final week of the Passing Zone some instructors assign a sample exam to assess your readiness for the actual exam.
I am not able to take the exam at this time. How can I enroll in the Passing Zone for the next exam cycle?
Engineering Passing Zones—You can request to be rolled over to the next immediate Passing Zone session in lieu of a refund by sending an email to info@ppi2pass.com. Include the following information for your rollover to be considered: your name, user name (should be your email address), password, and the Passing Zone in which you are enrolled. This can only be done once per subject area (e.g. FE/EIT, Civil PE, etc.), and the request must be made within 15 days after the Passing Zone session begins. For eligibility and fees, please refer to your Enrollment Agreement.
LEED Exam Passing Zones—You can request to be rolled over to the next immediate Passing Zone session in lieu of a refund by sending an email to info@ppi2pass.com. Include the following information for your rollover to be considered: your name, user name (should be your email address), password, and the Passing Zone in which you are enrolled. The request must be made within eight days after the Passing Zone session begins. For eligibility and fees, please refer to your Enrollment Agreement.

My company will pay for me to participate in a Passing Zone. How do I enroll?
Your company should complete the online enrollment page, making sure the email address your company uses is your email address. This will be the email address we will use to contact you and send you updates about your Passing Zone. This email address will also be used as your user name when you log into the Passing Zone.
If you are enrolling yourself in Passing Zone and getting reimbursed for your enrollment fee by your company, complete the online enrollment page and forward the order confirmation email to the appropriate person within your company. If you need more information, send an email to info@ppi2pass.com.
I need to show my company proof that I completed the Passing Zone. How do I do this?
If you need to show proof of completion for reimbursement purposes, send an email to info@ppi2pass.com. Please include the following information: your name, user name (should be your email address), password, and the Passing Zone in which you are enrolled.
Can I print my Problems of the Week?
No, you cannot print the Problems of the Week from the Passing Zone.
How soon can I see solutions and scoring to the Problems of the Week?
When you are working problems, you can see your score report at any time. You can view your progress in solving; your score will be given under each topic. You will also be given the percentage you answered correctly and the number of problems you have attempted to solve. You can see solutions at any time by clicking the Solve button.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, first log into the Passing Zone with your user name and your current password. Click the PPI Home link at the bottom of the page (in the page footer). This will take you to the PPI website. Click the View/Edit Account link at the top right corner of the page. Check the Change Password box. Enter your new password as instructed.
My Custom Study Schedule shows the incorrect information for the exam I am taking. How do I change it?
To change your Custom Study Schedule, first log into Passing Zone with your user name and password. Click the PPI Home link at the bottom of the page. This will take you to the PPI website. Click the View/Edit Account link at the top right hand side of the page. Select the correct exam you are taking in the Exam Box. Click the Change Account Data button. You can view your corrected Custom Study Schedule by clicking the View Custom Study Schedule button. Note that the dates on your Custom Study Schedule are based on your Passing Zone Study Schedule, not your exam date.
I forgot my password. How do I find out what it is?
If you forgot your password, go to the yellow Log In box, and click the Forgot Password link.
